Stravaig is a small family run Bed and Breakfast in the beautiful coastal village of Cullen, ideally situated  on the route of the North East 250. We have two kingsize rooms, one en-suite, one with private shower room. Both rooms have tea/coffee making facilities with freeview TV and free WiFi.

Stravaig- to wander about aimlessly. Now we’re not suggesting you get yourself lost but we do invite you to, have a leisurely stroll along Cullens stunning beach, have a mooch around the many antique shops in the village or go for a ramble through the surrounding countryside. There’s a multitude of things to do in the area with something for everyone. If photography’s your thing, whether it’s landscapes or wildlife, you’re spoilt for choice in the area.

From the atmospheric Bow Fiddle Rock to diving Gannets or stunning sunrise and sunsets, Cullen has it all. The beach and cliffs at Cullen offer the perfect spot to, don the winter woolies, let us fill your flask and, armed with  camera, scan the skies for a sight of the majestic Aurora Borealis.

Cullen is ideally situated  as a base for the many attractions in the area. A short drive away is Fochabers, home to the world famous Baxters, you can go dolphin spotting at Spey Bay or head into Elgin and visit the stunning cathedral. The area also boasts some of the finest golf courses in Scotland. Of course, you can’t visit the area without a tour around one or two of the world famous Speyside whisky distilleries.
