Waterside Cottage is well-equipped with amenities including games and books to offer a comfortable home from home experience. There is also plenty of visitor information to help you plan your stay and give you some inspiration for things to do and see in and around the beautiful Highlands. Off road parking is available just 50 metres away in the free car park.
The cottage can sleep up to 6 guests; there are 2 bedrooms upstairs, one with a king-size bed and the other with 2 single beds, plus a sofa bed located in the downstairs living room which can sleep 2. There is also a travel cot and highchair.
In the secluded back garden, guests have access to the River Livet, overlooking the famous 18th Century ‘Packhorse Bridge’ which is found on the Glenlivet Whisky logo. The patio area has outdoor furniture/seating so you can make the most of this tranquil space during your stay.
Through the main entrance is a large porch, perfect for throwing off your shoes and hanging up jackets after a day oot and aboot.
Downstairs the kitchen is well equipped for your stay. Kitchen amenities include an oven and grill with ceramic hob, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, pots, pans, utensils, crockery and glassware. The large dining room is open plan with the kitchen, and has lovely features including an exposed stone fireplace with wood burning stove and timber beams. A large dining table seats up to 6, and makes a great social space for playing board games and warming up by the fire.
The lounge has seating centered around a gorgeous period feature fireplace with a wood burning stove, which includes 2 sofas, one of which converts to sofa bed. There is also a TV, DVD player and selection of DVDs. WiFi is available at the cottage.
