It was over a hundred years ago that the Walker family started baking shortbread in the Speyside village of Aberlour, surrounded by the picturesque landscape of the Scottish highlands, and it is where we remain to this day.
We are renowned across the world as a true Scottish classic, baking an extensive range of pure butter shortbread, cakes, tarts, biscuits, oatcakes, meringues and more using our founder’s original recipes.
In our distinctive tartan packaging, our range of products is packed with Scottish character, both inside and out. Although much has changed since founder Joseph Walker baked his first batch of shortbread over a century ago, one thing remains constant, the Walker family’s passion to bake ‘The World’s Finest Shortbread’.
