Nestled in the heart of Speyside, Brylach Steading is home to three beautifully restored self-catering cottages, offering luxury accommodation for up to eight guests. Whether you’re travelling as a couple, a family or a small group of friends, our cottages can be booked individually or together, providing the flexibility to suit your stay.

Our cottages include The Hayloft (one bedroom), The Bothy (one bedroom) and The Coachman’s Cottage (two bedroom). All are pet friendly, combining contemporary comfort with the character of a traditional Speyside steading to create a relaxing base for exploring the North East of Scotland.

Perfectly placed on the North East 250, Brylach is within easy reach of world-famous distilleries, the Cairngorms National Park, spectacular coastline, castles, walking and cycling routes, and the charming towns and villages that make this region so special.

As owner-hosts who live on site, we love helping guests experience the real Speyside. From recommending family-owned distilleries and hidden walking trails to suggesting local cafés, Highland Games and seasonal events, we’re always happy to share the places and people that make this area unique.
